CEMAS recognised as one of the most successful European Regional Development Fund projects

The Centre for Excellence in Mobile Applications and Services (CEMAS) at the University of South Wales has been recognised by Damien O’Brien, Chief Executive of the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO), as one of six most successful European Regional Development Fund projects among the 267 funded projects in the 2007-2013 programme.

CEMAS was mentioned in Damien’s keynote speech at the official launch of the EU Funding Programme 2014-2020. The event was held at Cardiff City Stadium and attended by Jane Hutt, Finance Minister.

In addition, CEMAS has been featured in the printed official WEFO calendar 2014.
